A round in the Apennines at the Val di Luce ski resort, in the province of Pistoia, Tuscany. It was originally scheduled for 10–12 July as the “Abestone Rodeo Miravalle,” then moved to 4–6 September and renamed “Abestone Hard Enduro”; the official site now shows the 2026 dates as “4-5-6 / 09 / 2026.” It is the work of Michele Bosi, an international rider who has ridden Red Bull Romaniacs and the Erzbergrodeo and set out to build an Italian event with the same spirit as the great hard enduros elsewhere. ABESTONE MOTOCLUB ASD runs it. There are three ability levels: Bronze for newcomers (formerly Motocavalcata — under 40, over 40, over 50 and women), Silver at intermediate level (junior under 22, and FIM-registered women), and Gold for professionals (world championship, junior world championship U22, and holders of national plus international licences). The HEWR still lists it under its old name, rated Premier.
Mani Lettenbichler (KTM) won Sunday's Gold main race in 2h07m12s, from Mitch Brightmore (GASGAS, +6m07s) and Teodor Kabakchiev (Sherco, +7m41s). The final ran to a “two hours plus one lap” format and ten riders completed all six laps. On Saturday Lettenbichler took both the prologue (6m59.14s) and the sprint race; only the Straight Rhythm, a non-championship run that set Sunday's grid, went to Billy Bolt. Bolt, just back from four months out injured and unwell over the weekend, managed five laps for twelfth. Sweeping every points-paying segment gave Lettenbichler the maximum 33 points and stretched his championship lead from 15 to 24 (150 to Brightmore's 126) with five of the eight rounds run.
